How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

How do I return an item?

To make a return you need your order number and the email address associated with your account to get started.

If you are satisfied with the order, and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, the item(s) can be returned within 15 days of the order date for a refund. If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund may not be processed and the original item will be returned to you. 

Please contact us before returning any products by filling the return request form Click Here  . Any claims for misprinted/damage/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error. 

Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be fully processed and a refund / exchange to be issued.

How do I Exchange an item?

We are happy to help you make an exchange as long as the item is in unused condition and its original packaging is intact.
