Please contact us before returning any products by filling the form below. Any claims for misprinted/damage/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
How do I return my item?

What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your order .
- They must be in original condition
- Items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging
• Free gifts, promotional or any items purchased during sales or with coupons are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible to pay for the shipping for your return item. A Return Label will only be provided if it’s a mistake on our part.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return request is approved , then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- Items must be shipped and received before a refund is issued.
